Our engineers complete a comprehensive employee induction program that introduces the policies and procedures of the company, and employee’s responsibilities in respect of controlling Work Health and Safety risks.

We also have strong systems in place to manage subcontractors and implement effective controls in the areas of safety, quality, environment and delivery.

We have an environmental policy that is approved by the Managing Director and released to all employees in the workplace and an environmental management system in compliance with ISO 14001. We quantify our environmental performance using an environment related Key Performance Indicators.
